The Changing Lives Together (CLT) Foundation is a local non-profit whose mission is “To enhance and change the lives of special needs kids and kids with life-altering medical circumstances.” They provide needs-based college scholarships for special needs kids, a “Christmas in July” event at Levine Children’s Hospital, funding wheelchairs for a youth basketball team, and more.
