The survey is just for data collection — we aren’t publishing your exact responses for each question. You do not have to answer questions that do not apply or that you would prefer not to address. THE FINE PRINT
The Best Places for Women to Work in Charlotte awards will be determined by scoopcharlotte’s editorial staff based on information provided by local companies. Companies surveyed will be those nominated by scoopcharlotte’s subscribers’ recent open survey as well as requests for info made directly to local companies.
Voting and vetting will take place thru mid-March, 2021. scoopcharlotte editorial staff awards will be determined using data obtained through the companies’ human resource and management representatives including but not limited to: pay equality, flexible scheduling, job sharing, parental benefits and leave, females in leadership and board roles, mentoring and continuing education, upward mobility and more.
