Have you shopped KK Bloom lately in person? Probably not, since we’ve all been locked down, and KKB has such an amazing, robust online store. It’s time to get back though, as we all need a dose of KK’s happy, pretty finds and shiny, girly things about now.

From the moment you walk in KK Bloom, which is on Selwyn Ave near Reids & TCBY in the shopping plaza right past Selwyn Pub, you’re struck by how bright, airy and open the shop is. Even though the racks are always full, and there is jewelry & accessories galore, it’s easy to see & shop everything.
Spring has definitely sprung at KK Bloom, the store is filled with color, pattern play, ruffles and everything a Charlotte gal could want to head back out and safely socialize. Kendrick, the owner, has been buying for her Charlotte customers since 2006, and has a pulse on what we’re looking for, even if we don’t always even know what that is.
The fun & flirty fashions are complemented by a huge and ever-changing selection of affordable jewelry and accessories. This is a store where Mothers & Daughters often shop together, as there is something her for every-girl, from 15 to 50. (I can’t tell you the number of beloved “niece gifts” I’ve scored here over the years)
The jewelry selection alone is worth the visit, but don’t skip the bags & seasonal accessories. The tightly curated selection makes it so easy to grab something and go.
Same with the gifting options and beauty picks. In a small, high-touch boutique like KKB, you won’t find shelves and shelves of brands and items, just a selection of the perfect thing for whoever is on your gift list at the moment.
We love that KK Bloom is unabashedly sweet and feminine, all girl all the time. If you are looking for a dark, edgy shop, this is not the one, but if you want something super cute to wear this weekend, no matter what the festivity, you are sure to find it here. It’s been one of scoop’s favorite shops since our very first year in business (2009!!) and remains so. If you go for a visit, please tell them we say hey!
