Summer is here, and that means that we’re on the hunt for spots to imbibe outdoors with a view. Here’s our updated 2021 list for where to grab a rooftop cocktail or drink in Charlotte:
RH Charlotte

Perfect for: Dinner with a dreamy view.
RH brings a stunning year-round rooftop restaurant to SouthPark’s Phillips Place offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Dine under this skylit garden escape surrounded by trickling fountains, London plane trees, and sparkling chandeliers. Current hours for RH are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
UPDATE: Be sure to check out their new rooftop wine bar. Grab a glass of wine or some coffee and stroll the rooftop garden with all your girls for the perfect summer afternoon.
Cordial at AC Hotel Charlotte SouthPark
1824 Roxborough Rd.
Perfect for: Getting a different kind of rooftop view – you’ll be able to see Uptown and the SouthPark tree canopy.
AC Hotel Charlotte SouthPark’s rooftop concept, Cordial, offers inventive cocktails, a European-focused wine collection, craft beer, and tapas.
Lincoln St. Kitchen & Cocktails

Perfect for: Date night out with an Uptown view.

Perfect for: When you can’t decide what beer you’d like, Charlotte Beer Garden’s sure to have something up your alley.

Perfect for: An elegant evening out.
Take a ride up to the 16th floor of the art-centric Grand Bohemian Hotel for a rooftop bar boasting sweeping city views and Argentinian-inspired design. Note their dress code: business casual attire and no hats after 6 p.m.
Cloud Bar by David Burke

Perfect for: Signature cocktails with a 360-view of Uptown.
On the 18th floor of the outdoor terrace at Le Meridien Hotel you can find one of the best (if not THE best) views of the skyline. At Cloud Bar by David Burke you can take in the city with a 360-view of Uptown while you enjoy light bites and signature cocktails.
