Mattie’s DinerPreviously located across from the North Carolina Music Factory, Mattie’s Diner will now have a new home at the border of the Noda and Plaza-Shamrock neighborhoods. This new location will have more seating compared to the original due to added space in the renovated used-to-be tire store as well as on a new outdoor patio.

Midnight Mulligan BrewingScheduled to open in November, Midnight Mulligan will be located next to Summit Seltzer. This 10,000-square-foot brewery and restaurant will have an expansive 3,000-square-foot-patio with skyline views and string lights. The taproom will be connected to Summit Seltzer so you can bring your seltzer into Midnight Mulligan and vice versa with your beer. Thrift Road is becoming quite the “hotspot”.

Madison Perk Coffee Shop Scheduled for November 27th, this community coffee shop will be open in Madison Park. Owners Stacy and Patrick McFall felt a need for a local coffee shop in the Madison Park neighborhood – their dream is now becoming a reality. One thing that sets them apart is the fact that they are really catering to families. The space is easy for stroller access and they have removed any sharp corners so kids are safe to roam. There will also be live music in the mornings. What a way to start your day!

Bagel Boys Waverly is set to open this month, stay tuned on their Insta for updates and drop your email on their website to be added to their complimentary pre-opening VIP event.
