Bird Pizzeria
Open now: 510 E 15th St.
Now open in Optimist Park, Bird Pizzeria serves to-go pies from a takeaway window. Dine al fresco on those warmer winter days.
PARA Charlotte
Coming soon (Jan 19) to: South End (235 W Tremont Ave Suite 100)
Alex Verica, formerly of Heritage Food & Drink, Dot Dot Dot and The Stanley, will take the helm at PARA when it opens next week in South End. Reservations are now live on Resy. Grab your table starting January 19.
Bagel Boys
Coming soon (mid January) to: South Charlotte (Waverly development)
Soon you’ll be able to get your New York bagel fix without leaving South Charlotte. Bagel Boys is opening soon in the Waverly development.
Milkbread
Coming soon to: Davidson (winter 2022) and Plaza Midwood (summer 2022)
Fans of the beloved Milkbread at Davidson’s Kindred restaurant will have two more reasons to look forward to 2022. Joe and Katy Kindred will open two all day Milkbread cafes, one in Davidson and the other in Plaza Midwood.
Gilde Brewery

Soon, you won’t have to grab your passport to experience an authentic German brewery experience. One of Germany’s oldest beer makers, Gilde, will open in South End in the coming months. On tap expect a Pilsner (their flagship brew), a pale wheat, lemon Sadler and more.
Dave’s Hot Chicken Plaza Midwood

Grab Nashville-style hot chicken from this LA-based chain when they open soon in the heart of Plaza Midwood.
Link & Pin Arboretum
