Certainly one of the QC’s most beautiful restaurants, Mariposa’s outdoor patio can accommodate 25-65 Guests (Best Patio in Uptown Charlotte) and the dining room is available on a limited basis for buyouts (up to 75). Angeline’s

Angeline’s, the perfect urban setting in Uptown Charlotte to host events, can accommodate an array of functions, including intimate dinners to large receptions.
The private dining room, tucked away from the main living room of the restaurant, can accommodate 34 seated guests or 50 standing.

Merchant & Trade
303 S. Church St
A portion of the beautiful rooftop space, or the entire roof, at Merchant & Trade can be reserved to host an extraordinary event for anywhere from 15 to 125 guests.
The flexible space is broken into four separate zones: the indoor/bar lounge (25 guests); outdoor terrace (40 guests), private terrace (20 guests) and the lawn (100 guests). Smaller groups of 8 – 12 may inquire about making a couch reservation. Full venue buyouts can be arranged for groups over 125.

McNinch House

The space at McNinch House Restaurant is configurable to your needs. Whether you’re planning an elegant seated dinner, festive cocktail reception or private business meeting, they can customize every aspect of your event to ensure it’s unforgettable.
Options include:
- Private dining. Accommodate up to 40 guests. Retractable pocket doors provide the option of private dining for smaller parties.
- Chef’s Table. The ultimate experience, luxury awaits at the Chef’s Table for 4 or more guests.
- The entire restaurant. For a grand and unforgettable event, the entire restaurant is available.
Fin & Fino
135 Levine Avenue of the Arts #100
Uptown’s stunning Fin & Fino has two event spaces can be booked separately or together, providing space for 24 to 80 guests, depending on seating configurations. Choose from cocktail party and plated lunch or dinner menus, or set sail on an adventure with an all out feasting called “The Treatment.” Check out their PRIVATE DINING MENU here.
The location of Fin & Fino makes it perfect for pre-gala and arts and theater occasions as well, and the “Fino” room provides access to their outdoor patio.

Fahrenheit

The private dining room at Fahrenheit is designed with floor to ceiling windows offering fabulous views of South Charlotte and will accommodate up to 65 guests seated for dinner or 85 guests for a cocktail party or receptions. The room is equipped with a 65” Smart TV and is perfect for presentations, board meetings, round table discussions, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, cocktail receptions, and holiday parties.
For larger events of up to 400 guests, you can use either the East or West Dining Rooms, or even exclusive use of the entire restaurant. And Sunday through Thursday, you can host cocktail hours, office mixers, or receptions in the bar, lounge area, rooftop patio, or even the rooftop garden

This 3,000 square-foot SouthPark restaurant rents their fabulous BAR ONE space as a party room available to seats 34, or fit up to 75 persons with both seated and standing room. Bar One is located on the “back side” of 800.

Legion Brewing’s new space in SouthPark is perfect for gatherings of any size. The Capitol room can accommodate 100 seated or 140 cocktail style, The Tower Room in the upstairs mezzanine boasts seating for 50 or 80 cocktail style and The Mezz at Legion is a private bar and lounge area for 150.

Roots Cafe is the perfect place to have an event for up to 25 people because they are catering experts AND there is no direct cost to book Roots Cafe as long as it’s not during reg open hours (closes at 3 pm). Just simply meet the required food and labor minimum and the place is yours. Roots has a full bar, beer and wine, full coffee and espresso services, and will customize your menu just the way you want it. Alchemy at C3Lab

Alchemy’s 12,000 sq. ft. space can be configured in a variety of ways to accommodate your specifics needs. Whether your event is a simple dinner party, or a complex music performance, there’s an option for you here. From wedding receptions to arts performances and corporate events. Alchemy can seat 200 for private reception, 330 for a seated performance, and can host a standing crowd of 500+. Also it has ample parking and is less than a block from the New Bern Station.

The Gallery Restaurant at the Ballantyne Hotel offers a private dining room that accommodates 20 guests for a large table or 24 guests in separate tables. You can book for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or one of their three / four course dinner menus. Seasonal holiday menus are available, as are wine pairings.

The Pump House
