Alemany i Corrio “Principia Matematica” 100% Xarel-lo from Penedes, Spain. Great summer alternative to Burgundian Chardonnay. Bright tropical and stone fruits up front followed by a roasted almond complexity. Beautiful minerality on the finish with a touch of well integrated oak.
Rezebal Txakoli. 100% Hondarrabi Zuri. Getaria, Spain. Dry and Extremely fresh with an electric acidity and slight effervescence. Lime, green strawberry, and vegetal green pepper combine with the ocean air on the palate. With a lower ABV it’s the ultimate summer party wine.
Tegernseerhof “Durnstein T-26” Gruner Veltliner Federspiel. Wachau, Austria. Juicy and refreshing with a vibrant acidity. Citrus and green apple notes with a marine-like mineral profile. Subtle white pepper and spice give it a savory depth and well-roundedness.

Petit Phillipe (@petitphilippe)

We have rediscovered the Ca dei Frati and are blown away by its complexity. This wine is 100% of the Italian grape Turbiana and is located on the southern shore of lake garda between Lombardy and the Veneto. It has an elegant aromas of ripe honeydew, peaches, yellow apples, and fresh cut basil. The palate is very vibrant with citrus fruits, tart pear, and a fine mineral tinge.

Guardian Rkatisteli is a white is from Kakheti, Georgia, in the Tellani Valley. Georgians have been producing wines longer than most, and their wine-making traditions date back to ancient times, as Rkatsiteli grape seeds were found in vessels dating back to BC. This pleasantly aromatic white wine offers crisp notes of stone fruit, cut flowers, grass and citrus.
Zähringer Grauburgunder Vierling is a Pinot Grigio from Baden, Germany. (Yes, Pinot Grigio from Germany!)Being fully organic since 1986 and biodynamic since 2009, the winery’s philosophy is founded on combining a century’s old heritage with constant innovation. This pinot grigio offers a good balance of acidity and minerals, with a hint of tobacco and bacon. You’ll also experience some apricot and nuts

Foxcroft Wine Co (@foxcroftwineco)

Loving this Weissburgunder also known as Pinot Blanc from Nagelsforst Germany

It’s a fun food friendly white that has refreshing notes of melon and a slight nutty finish. It’s delightfully drinkable and very unique tasting compared to other popular white wine options. It’s exclusively made and bottled for Foxcroft Wine Co. and the label was designed by artist and staff member at the Dilworth location Ahna Demaro.
