Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop in Birkdale will have 10 flavors of pie available for your Easter table – pre-orders available in 9″ size and 4” pies will be available first come, first serve in limited quantity. Easter Pie Flavors are:

Lemonberry Mini Loaf- A one pound loaf of our zesty homemade coffee cake filled with lemon juice and fresh blueberries, topped with streusel and lemon glaze. Requires advance notice. $12.00
Baby Buns by the Dozen: Bite size rolls by the dozen! Includes your choice of one frosting per dozen and a pinch of one topping on each roll. Requires advance notice. $22
Cinnacakes: Our gourmet cinnamon rolls comes together as a cake! Available in a small, medium, or large. Includes one frosting and up to 5 toppings. Please allow 2 hours advance notice. $55-$75
Cookie Cakes: Our house made cookie is now a 10″ cookie cake! Choose between chocolate chip or Cinnadoodle (think snickerdoodle) then add your choice of frosting and up to three toppings. Available single or double stacked. Requires 5 hour notice. $22-$37
Easter Brunch and Meals
Link & Pin is featuring an Easter with an expanded menu with dinner favorites.
All three Link & Pin locations (Arboretum, Huntersville, New Bern/South End) will be open Easter and serving the full brunch menu along with the addition of popular dinner favorites like steaks, lobster tail, market fish and truffle lobster mac on cheese. The expanded brunch menu will run until 4pm and then the regular full dinner menu will start at 4pm.

Red Salt by David Burke is hosting an Easter brunch April 9, 11 am – 3 pm. The three course Prix Fixe menu is $68 per person and features highlights including Bacon and Eggs clothesline bacon and deviled eggs; Maine Lobster and Asparagus Benedict; Roasted Rack of Lamb and Strawberry Shortcake. Reservations recommended and can be made here.

Port City Club is offering a special a la carter Easter menu from 11:30 am – 9 pm and includes entrée options including Atlantic Salmon with asparagus baby carrot, shiitake mushroom, chili sauce, crisp wonton; Filet Mignon an 8 oz C.A.B.. with B1 steak sauce and whipped potatoes; Lobster Ravioli with fresh corn, shiitake mushroom, scallion, lobster chili butter and Chicken & Waffles with chili spiced honey and country gravy.
