Bossy Beulah’s South End – Open now!

Bossy Beulah’s opened another location in July, this time in Fort Mill, with its popular chicken sandwich alongside other menu items such as the Hot Thigh Sandwich, Bossy Salad, and Bossy Bites, plus soft serve ice cream and a selection of wine and craft beer.

Dram & Draught, South End – Open now!

This Raleigh-based craft cocktail and whiskey bar is now pouring at Vantage South End. Try more than 300 whiskeys, hand-crafted cocktails, mocktails, beer and more.

Condado Tacos, South Charlotte – Open now!

Now open in Promenande on Providence, Condado Taco’s newest location offers signature tacos and bowls with a build-your-own option.

Beyond Amazing Donuts, South End – Open now!

Beyond Amazing Donuts, or B.A.D., has opened a brick-and-mortar shop after often selling out at pop-ups across the city. Expect fix signature flavors plus four seasonal flavors that will rotate.

Sol Delish, University City – Open now!

Head to University City to try Sol Delish, which is now dishing out soul food like jerk chicken, seafood dishes and more. They offer indoor and outdoor dining for brunch, lunch and dinner.

Puerta, Elizabeth – Opening Friday, 8/11

Coming soon to the former spot of The Stanley, brought to us by the same group as the Crunkleton, Puerta’s menu will focus on cuisine inspired by the Oaxaca region in Mexico, with tequila being the centerpiece of the cocktail menu.

Sixty Vines, South End – Opening August 21

Coming soon to South End, Sixty Vines will offer 60 wines on tap, plus other beverage options. While sipping, guests can munch on sharable plates, pizzas, pastas and more.

Supper Club, South End – Opening soon

Get ready for a new destination in Lower South End. When it opens later this summer, guests can enjoy wood-fired sharable dishes, cocktails and plenty of options for fun. The gaming area will include duckpin bowling, pool, shuffleboard, air hockey and more. They’ll also have live music nightly.

LʼOstrica, Montford – Opening soon

LʼOstrica, a culinary experience designed to be both a special destination and an everyday fixture for Charlotteans, will open this summer in Montford, between Park Road Shopping Center and Selwyn Avenue. Led by owners Eric Ferguson and Cat Carter, the restaurant will offer multiple dining options, including dine-in and take home, to be launched in phases.

Resident Culture Brewing, Uptown – Opening soon

Resident Culture will take over the former Tank’s Tap space at The Market at 7th Street in Uptown, with an anticipated opening later this summer. The 300 square foot bar will include 12 beers on tap, as well as retail coolers with cans to-go. The brewery plans to move to a larger space in The Market – 1,200 square feet, including a patio – in late 2024.

Coquette, Uptown – Opening soon

Coquette will be a French style “buvette” (a small café or simple counter where drinks and light meals are served) for coffee and French pastries early in the day, for an aperitif after work, and for a new spot Uptown for dinner at night.

Phat Burrito, Lower South End – Opening soon

Since closing, fans of Phat Burrito have long awaited their hopeful return. The crowd favorite plans to re-open in Lower South End soon, bringing back original offerings like build-your-own burritos, tacos, salads and more.

Sunflour Baking Company, NoDa – Opening soon

Coming soon to the Camden NoDa Apartments, the newest Sunflower Baking Company location will offer indoor/outdoor seating, a fresh aesthetic and easy access from bike trails.

The Dumpling Lady, South End – Opening soon

We’re eagerly awaiting the latest news from The Dumpling Lady, whose next location is planned for 327 W Tremont Street across from Highwire Brewery.

  • The new Bonterra location in Phillips Place has closed to re-brand and re-open in the fall. The new spot (same owners) will be called Phillips Bistro and Wine Bar. More to come.

$5 Happy Hour and New Cocktails at Link & Pin South End

Weekdays just got a whole lot better with Link & Pin South End’s $5 happy hour menu. Choose from a house or backyard burger with hand-cut fries, ahi tuna tacos, candied jalapeño bacon, hummus trio, fried oysters and more. Only available at the South End location in the bar area. Along with expanding the happy hour menu at South End, they have also added two $10 featured cocktails, the Link & Pin Margarita and the Fireside Chat, available all day Monday-Thursday.
