Overview:
Our team at Ladies of Lineage Bridal Boutique is searching for a fashion-forward and competitive candidate for our part-time Saturday Bridal Stylist position. With Saturday being our busiest day of the week, we are looking to accommodate more appointments in our showroom with the addition of another talented stylist.
As a Bridal Stylist, you must have a proven ability to close sales, knowledge of the wedding industry along with its current trends, and familiarity with gown silhouettes and fabrics. In general, this part-time position involves working Saturdays from 9-6. Please do not apply for position if unavailable to work 3 Saturdays each month.
As a Bridal Stylist, you will:
- Assist clients in creating a relaxed, but luxurious environment
- Anticipate your client’s needs, both from a service and stylist perspective
- Engage in 90-minute appointments with each client, providing thoughtful conversation, bridal knowledge, styling expertise, and finalized sales
- Ask appropriate questions to identify a customer’s needs in order to effectively provide them guidance or direction
- Possess knowledge of store layout, current merchandise assortment and ability to direct customers to the appropriate area
- Quickly assess customer needs in terms of: special occasion, vendors/product of interest, lead times, etc.
- Be knowledgeable on all in-store services and proactively offer the appropriate service to a customer to further personalize and enhance their shopping experience
Requirements and Expectations:
- Work individually with our brides to provide the best possible shopping experience while completing their wedding day look.
- Follow up and guide the bride through our sales processes every step of the way, assuring the best bridal experience
- Assist in writing special orders on Brides’ behalf for bridal gowns and accessories (including proper sizing recommendations, customization fees, and adding any necessary notes)
- Assist in properly sizing brides by taking the necessary measurements
- Maintain personal client list, follow ups and thank you notes.
- Support other Bridal Consultants in providing top notch experiences for our Brides
- Be willing to participate in (some), company sponsored, staff outings.
- Close sales on a consistent basis.
- Experience with Bridal Live POS is an asset
- Must be able to stand, squat, bend and move at least 80% of the time. Required to lift up to 20 pounds.

Pay:
- Our Saturday Bridal Stylist position is a commission-based position. Stylist earn $30-$65/hour based on close ratio.
- $18 base hourly rate
- 3.0% Commission
- 1.0% Commission on Completing Second Appointment Teammate Sale

Experience:
- Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
- Bridal Retail and/or Luxury Sales: 2 year (Required)
