Take part in the first ever Donate to Paint at Truist Field this Sunday where you can paint a section of the ice rink with all proceeds supporting Charlotte Knights Charities. The cost to paint is $20 per person and you get a 60-minute timeframe. The cost to spectate and watch, but not paint is $5. Each time slot only allows 150 people. First come, first serve.

A new way to workout – this class is designed for those who love to exercise, meet new people, and enjoy a cold beer. They use empty beer KEGS, resistance bands, medicine balls, and more to curate a great workout with modifications and progressions.
