Head to Symphony Park for Charlotte’s newest weekly happy hour and free entertainment night. Jam out to live music on the green, sip on adult beverages, enjoy delicious food, and hands on activities. This week, Shelley Ruffin | Landslide Tribute to Fleetwood Mac will be performing. The six week concert series will be held every Thursday through October 10th.

NFL Kickoff at Sycamore Brewing

2024 Charlotte 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb

Honor and remember the FDNY firefighters who selflessly gave their lives so that others might live on September 11, 2001. Each participant pays tribute to an FDNY firefighter by climbing the equivalent of the 110 stories of the World Trade Center. Your individual tribute not only remembers the sacrifice of an FDNY brother, but symbolically completes their heroic journey to save others. 

2-Day Gluten Free Event & Celebration for Adults (with a separate Teen Event) This Weekend

The event will bring together individuals, experts, and advocates to commemorate the progress the Gluten Intolerance community has made, and to envision a future of continued support and education. It kicks off with a welcome reception on Friday, September 6th from 6 – 9 pm, followed by two full days of engaging activities on Saturday, September 7th, and Sunday, September 8th. City Kitch Food Truck Rally
September 7
City Kitch, Charlotte’s coworking kitchen for creative culinary entrepreneurs, is hosting the City Kitch Food Truck Rally this month to celebrate its diverse in-house culinary concepts. The family- and dog-friendly event will feature a live DJ, kid-friendly activities, and other entertainment and creative vendors. No tickets required.
