The Mint Museum Auxiliary is bringing Condé Nast expert Ivan Shaw to Charlotte on Wednesday, November 20 as speaker for their annual Fall EnrichMINT Forum at the Mint Museum Uptown. Shaw was the Photography Director of U.S. Vogue for 20 years and will share his experiences and learning about the fascinating world of Vogue, Vanity Fair and Architectural Digest.
While some Auxiliary events are for members only, this annual fashion & design forum is open to the public, with ticketed admission, and it always offers a wonderful morning of creative insight and design inspiration. This year’s talk will be filled with insights into photography, design and fashion, and will be moderated by Laura Vinroot Poole, President and founder of Capitol and Poole Shop.

ABOUT IVAN SHAW
Ivan Shaw is currently The World of Interiors Visuals Editor, and oversees the U.S. Condé Nast Archive. Throughout his career, Ivan has presented numerous lectures on the history of fashion photography, both in the United States and England, and has been a panel moderator for the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Anna Wintour Costume Institute, the Getty Museum and the Detroit Institute of Arts.
