Fun things coming your way from Neiman Marcus on Thursday, September 10th.
Neiman Marcus and the Mint Museum are hosting the fourth annual Art of Fashion Event, a runway show & celebration of fall 2015 fashion with the latest from designers such as Alice + Olivia, Brunello Cucinelli, The Row, Saint Laurent, Christian Louboutin, Prada, Gucci and Jimmy Choo .
You can expect to see local picks from NM’s Fall 2015 Must-Haves: Folklorica!… Flared Pants…Dusters, Ponchos, & Capes… Modern Fur, real or faux… Ear Candy of huggies, jackets, crawlers, and cuffs… The Well-Dressed Leg… A wintry mix of White…Chunky Heels for day or night. ..The single or crossbody Saddle Bag…and Full-Bodied Reds.
You can purchase a seat to the runway fashion presentation; I checked and there are still a few left. Â Seats are $50, and 100% of the proceeds will benefit the Mint Museum Annual Fund.
Standing room admission to the event is free, and you can go that route, although you can expect to be standing in a crowd. Â Neiman Marcus anticipates 400 guests, and it is always a very well-heeled and well-attended event.
The festivities start at 6:30 pm and go til 10, and include live music, light bites and beverages and beauty touch-ups. The runway presentation is at 7:30.
Also kicking off that Thursday is Neiman’s fall beauty event, with lots of gifts with purchase and a fab fall tote filled with samples with any $125 purchase in cosmetics or fragrance. That grey tote tho. It’s mine, so you had best beat me to it.
