28 Days Later. The new Flywheel Challenge.

Be afraid.  Be very afraid.  You know it’s coming ~ the post-apocalyptic horror that begins Thanksgiving Weekend and doesn’t end until the Holiday Face Stuffing is over on January 2nd. When we are zombies one and all.

Get a jump on it this year.   Join the 28 Days To Fit Challenge, kicking off on October 26th.

It’s Flywheel’s most comprehensive program to date.  You choose the Flywheel, FlyBarre or FlyPlus+ Challenge, and take up to six classes per week. You will be paired with a motivating instructor coach (Jenna or Carrie), and receive a curated nutritional plan from SELF magazine contributors C&J Nutrition.

C&J Nutrition is a private NY practice whose owners are contributing editors at SELF magazine, bloggers for Huffington Post, creators of national workplace wellness programs, and authors of the upcoming book Healthy, Happy Pregnancy Cookbook (coming summer 2016).
The #28DaysToFit nutrition component includes:

  • 28-day meal plan with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options, plus recipes and dine-out options for individuals and families
  • Food log
  • Grocery shopping list
  • Weekly nutrition tips
  • Access to C&J Nutrition to address questions via a weekly group conference call

 

Anyone can take part in the challenge = folks already studio members or new to Flywheel members. For information on pricing, log into your user account online and check out the options HERE.

Classes may be used beginning Mon, Oct. 26th and expire one week following challenge end date, Sunday, Nov. 29th.
