So THAT’S what all those orange shoes are about! We’ve been spotting these bad boys all over town, and now we know why. Orangetheory Fitness is COMING TO CORNELIUS!
The Lake Norman location will be located at 20619 Torrence Chapel Road, in the Fresh Market Shopping Center, and is targeting a Fall 2015 opening date (not yet determined). Orangetheory operates more than 250 studios in the U.S., U.K. and Canada and plans to open 600 studios by 2017. Wowza!Â
Orangetheory Fitness offers 60-minute workout sessions split into intervals of cardio and strength training. Participants wear heart rate monitors to track their workout intensity and maximize metabolic burn.Â
