If you love (or even just tolerate) exercise, the two names you need to know right now are Tracy Anderson and Kayla Itsines. Both these ladies are the THING on the fitness scene, boasting an impressive list of celebrity clients between them. Here’s our tale of the tape, if you will, on the differences between the two women taking the workout world by storm:

Specialty: Nutrition and cardio, with an emphasis on abs, arms and inner thighs — the most common complaints of her clients.
Early career: Kayla Began as a personal trainer in Adelaide, Australia, but learned clients weren’t seeing results with traditional methods. So she started her own company, published an ebook and ultimately accrued a huge social media following.
