Take in the view from the USNWC’s newly updated restaurant, River’s Edge Bar and Grill. Each Friday evening through March 4, enjoy a chef-prepared four course meal paired with a different regional brewery each week. This weekend it’s the brews from Devil’s Backbone Brewing Company. Come hungry to the most popular culinary cook-off in Lake Norman— the Davidson Housing Coalition’s Souper Bowl. Favorite area restaurants will be serving up tastings of their best soup creations, all in the hopes of earning your vote. Awards will be given for Best Chunky, Best Creamy, Best Farm to Spoon, Best Vegetarian, Most Creative and Best Overall. There will also be a silent art auction, desserts and live music.
