The Ultimate 2016 Charlotte Food Trucks Round Up – Where Are They Now?

It’s official. Food trucks have taken the Queen City by storm. Lucky for everyone jonesing for a gooey Pig Mac sandwich, the mobile kitchen revolution once reserved for Uptown workers and South End partiers has expanded in every direction. Now hungry Charlotteans can enjoy their favorites wherever they are, with new food truck gatherings in neighborhoods including South Park, Matthews, Plaza Midwood and more.

So just how can you track down these restaurants on wheels? Not to worry. We’ve rounded up the most popular and soon-to-be-popular food truck gatherings from mid-day breaks at corporate parks to weekend beer garden dinners. We’ve also included some food truck “regulars” at each gathering, but be sure to double check the line-up before you head out.

P.S. We found this insider Twitter feed (curated by @CLTMobileFood) dedicated to our city’s food truck scene. Check it out and follow along to see where your favorite will pop up next!
