We all want to eat healthy, support local farms and reduce our carbon footprint. But when dinner time rolls around, do you find yourself picking up Chick-Fil-A for the family instead of standing in the  grocery line at Whole Foods? We’re all guilty of it – we really want to eat better – but it just takes so much time.Â
Between shopping, prep work, cooking and cleaning up you can easily spend 10-15 hours a week in the kitchen when you’d rather be out on the lake enjoying time with friends and family. Enter SAVOR where healthy and delicious healthy  meals are delivered to your door each week.
Joanna Bailey, owner of Savor is a trained chef and has a degree in health and wellness. She prepares seasonal meals up to 5 times a week for individuals, couples, and families. Bailey uses high quality ingredients including grass fed beef, responsibly sourced seafood and fruits and vegetables from local farms. Bailey describes her food as clean and fresh without adhering to any specific diets. However, she can modify recipes for clients on gluten free, paleo or other dietary regimens.
How does it work? Bailey emails her clients every Wednesday with the menu options for the following week. Clients can choose to have between 3 to 5 meals each week. This past week’s menu options included Thai Steak Salad with Rice Noodles & Peaches and Cajun Chicken with Fresh Veggie Kabobs. Â A family of four can have five meals delivered for $275/week.
