For the final show of their tenth anniversary season, Music With Friends presents performances by AMERICA and special guest Christopher Cross at their November 1st concert at the McGlohon Theater.
America is a Grammy award-winning band with six gold and/or platinum albums . Known for legendary songs like, “A Horse with No Name,” “I Need You,” “Ventura Highway,” “Don’t Cross The River,” “Tin Man,” “Lonely People,” and “Sister Golden Hair” America’s hits were cornerstones of 1970’s Top 40 and FM rock radio. They’ll be joined by special guest, five-time Grammy winner and Oscar winner Christopher Cross, whose hits include “Ride Like the Wind”, “Sailing”, and “Arthur’s Theme (Best That You Can Do)”. The November 1st pre-party, performances and the afterparty (featuring everyone’s favorite party band: Liquid Pleasure) will be at McGlohon Theater for Music With Friends tenth anniversary finale.
