Monday

Corkbuzz offers Buy One bottle of wine, Get One Free on Mondays. Yes, you read that right.
RuRu’s Tacos + Tequila lunch special runs all week: Buy Two, get One free tacos = Monday-Friday 11am-4pm.
Tuesday
WP Kitchen + Bar Half-price bottles of wine on Tuesdays (under $75). WP Kitchen + Bar carries four varietals of Wolfgang Puck wine, and 10% of all WP wine bottles sold benefits The Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health- Keep Memory Alive. (Wolfgang chose this cause after losing his mother to Alzheimers in 2004).
Gluten Free? Did you know that at Vivace in Metropolitan, pizzas – from mushroom to margherita – can be made with gluten-free dough, and  that gluten-free fettuccini is available for any pasta dish? These can be served with a simple, classic tomato sauce with basil and Parmesan or a more exotic dish with duck prosciutto, peas and Pecorino cheese. There’s also plenty on the menu that’s naturally gluten-free, like grilled octopus with fingerling potatoes and green goddess dressing, scallops and any of the hearty beef dishes, plus a daily assortment of gelato and sorbet. Roasted salmon filet and grilled swordfish are delicious options for pescatarians. Vivace’s garlic spinach, roasted mushrooms with Parmesan, sautéed kale and cauliflower puree are among the vegetarian-friendly options.

Welcome Back Teach | Tapas51 in Fort Mill treats teachers right with their $5 appetizers and after school drinks specials. While the deals are available every weekday, we figure right about now, they’ll really need this.

ALL proceeds from the sale of this dish ($16) will go directly to the Italian Red Cross in order to benefit the victims of Wednesday’s Earthquake in Amatrice and Central Italy.
Saturday
Taste the amazing wines Corkbuzz has to offer on Saturday, 9/3 with their Free “Open Cellar” Walk Around Tasting. Must be 21 to participate of course. Plus, Enjoy Labor Day Weekend with Live music on the Corkbuzz patio Saturday as well, from 6pm-9pm.

Located on the North Carolina | South Carolina border in Fort Mill, Tapas 51 is the purveyor of modern Hispanic tapas, farm to table meals, craft beers, and fine wine. Kids eat for $10.99 and Adults are $21.99. 10:30am – 2:00pm every Sunday.
