New Fly Class Arms & Abs.
FlyBarre has just intro’d a new Arms & Abs, perfect for those looking to balance their Flywheel rides with a specific zone-focused workout involving no lower body exercises. (No pulsing at the bar? No fold-over? SIGN ME UP). This 50-minute format is designed to take your upper body workout to the next level by strengthening and defining your arms, core, chest, and back.
