eeZ Fusion & Sushi in Birkdale Village has a recently revamped menu that is incredibly fresh, inventive and down-right beautiful.
Offering more food than your average Sushi restaurant; eeZ will send out parades of Japanese and Asian inspired plates like Spicy Tuna Poke Dip with Salmon and Yellow Tail, Pork Belly and Kimchi Fried Rice, massive bowls of Ramen and delicate Shishito Peppers that are blistered mild with Smoked Salt, Soy and Sesame.
