When was your last facial? Well, mine was this past week, and my next one will be sooner rather than later. Mud is now my new “go-to”, and I’m never turning back.
Mud is a facial bar connected to Air, an aerial fitness studio, in the Morrison Shops. My next visit will include a class at Air, off ground balancing on an aerial hammock, but for now, I am here to rave about the exceptional customer service and refreshing experience at Mud.
The facial bar drives its brand on being in and out in less than 30 minutes. They believe that the solution to brighter, more youthful skin is through routine skincare and shorter facials, more often. Mud is open Monday-Friday 12-7 and Saturday and Sunday from 10-4. Since 2011, the business has maintained a sense of playfulness while creating high quality, successful health brands.
With a wide variety of facial options, it was hard to decide. Luckily my assigned licensed esthetician knew exactly what my skin type needed. I had a five step facial consisting of methods from the “Fresh” facial as well as the “Detox” facial. I also added an “Extra” called “Manual Microdermabrasion” which was chosen to refine and brighten my skin. When it was all said and done, I couldn’t leave empty handed. I purchased my own deep pore purifying mask with willow charcoal. I have to admit, I am obsessed.
