Yay! Pink Pint Night This Year is Thursday, 9/28 at NoDa Brewing Company

Charlotte Radiology and NoDa Brewing Company join together again this year in one of our favorite events ~ Pink Pint Night! to raise funds to provide mammograms for uninsured women.

Join us as we raise a glass of secret and special pink beer and enjoy live music and friendship for an excellent cause. Last year, Pink Pint Night raised more than $45,000, with 100% of the money raised supporting local uninsured women in need of screening and diagnostic mammography services.

The Sixth Annual Pink Pint Night will take place at NoDa Brewing Company (2921 N. Tryon St.) on Sept. 28 from 4 p.m. until close. The free event features a silent auction, music by Caleb Davis, food trucks and – best of all – an exclusive pink brew developed by NoDa Brewing’s Head Brewer, Chad Henderson. No two pink brews have ever been the same. The name and ingredients of this special “NoDable” release are kept confidential until the week of the event. NoDa Brewing will also make this special brew available at other local bars and restaurants during Breast Cancer Awareness month.

Pink Pint Night is free (and no reservation is required), but donations are encouraged and can be made through the Carolinas HealthCare Foundation. Guests raising $150 or more (the cost of one Project PINK mammogram) have exclusive VIP benefits at the event:

  • Two complimentary beers
  • PPN pint glass
  • Food voucher
  • Reserved seating area
  • VIP bar access

Visit www.CharlotteRadiology.com/PinkPintNight for more on VIP benefits, to make a donation or to create a personal fundraising page. Or, visit the PPN Facebook page. If you can’t attend the event but want to make a donation, please visit VIP/Donation Page to donate to Project PINK.

Scoop girls love this annual event, and we hope to see many of our friends and fans there! (we’ll be in the VIP area cause we’ve already donated our $150!)

“Proceeds from the 2016 event allowed us to expand Project PINK, launching Project PINK Plus, which assists women with a breast concern in need of a diagnostic mammogram,” said Shawna Platé, Charlotte Radiology’s senior project specialist. “Donors like to know that their generosity is making a difference. With Pink Pint Night, we can assure them their dollars are staying local – and saving lives.”
