NEW OPENINGS
The Waterman – Now Open!
The highly-anticipated new concept from Sea Level opened earlier this week to offer fresh seafood, craft cocktails and soon, Uptown views from a rooftop bar. Preview the menu here, which includes options like sharable oysters on the half shell, a catfish reuben, scallion pancake tacos, tinned sardines and squid and the bayou burger, their classic topped with Swiss, fried oysters and creole gravy. Sabor Latin Street Grill (South End) – Now Open!
The popular eatery also began serving Latin street food (favorites include carne asada fries, arepas, and taco Tuesday specials) in South End this week. Feed your cravings at 1616 Camden Rd.
Bistro la Bon coming to Cotswold
The Charlotte Business Journal reported that Plaza Midwood’s celebrated Bistro la Bon will expand to a second location in Cotswold Village. Expect a similar concept to the Plaza location, but in a more intimate atmosphere. Read more from the Charlotte Business Journal here.

Fresh features at Dilworth Tasting Room
Each visit to Dilworth Tasting Room is a new flavorful experience, which is exactly how owner Jaffer Kovic and executive chef Brandon Riha intended it. Raise a glass at Merchant & Trade with new cocktails
Merchant & Trade, a go-to spot for crafted spirits, sharable dishes and stunning views of Romare Bearden Park, has introduced a new cocktail menu under lead bartender Henry Schmulling. The new drinks feature boutique spirits, house-made mixers and locally-sourced produce.
New menu additions at Reid’s Fine Foods Uptown
Don’t miss new options from Reid’s newest location in Uptown. Weekly offerings include:
