BOO-tiful Weekend at Queens Landing
October 26 – 27 |Â Queens Landing Marina, Mooresville
This weekend-long event starts on Friday with a scary movie screening in the amphitheater, followed by trick-or-treating and a scavenger hunt on Saturday. Ready for round two? Head back on Saturday night for another family-friendly movie screening.
THURSDAY
Pumpkin Carving & Brews
On Tap, Mooresville | 7 – 9 p.m.
Sharpen your pumpkin-carving skills in this hands-on workshop with Mooresville Arts Member and local artist, Brenda Kadlecik. $25 includes a local pumpkin, carving supplies, specials, a commemorative stein mug (filled with craft beer) and a “hop chip” redeemable on a future visit to On Tap.
Clean-Crafted Wine 101 and Sip and Shop
Fishes and Loaves, Mooresville | 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Explore the art and science of “clean-crafted wine” produced from naturally-grown fruit without synthetic pesticides, modifications or added sugars. Taste a Rose, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Malbec/Syrah with sample food pairings.

Art After Dark – Costume Party

Mooresville Arts will host its inaugural Art after Dark Costume Party, complete with a costume contest, painting demonstrations, psychic readings, dancing, a cash bar and more. Proceeds benefit the Mooresville Arts Warehouse Renovation Fund.

Harp & Crown will celebrate Halloween with a party on the patio featuring a costume contest, karaoke and live music by Vel-Crow and a DJ. Proceeds benefit Holly’z Hope.

Lincoln County Apple Festival
