Pancake Day is Tuesday, March 5th. Here are the Best Pancake Dishes in Charlotte.

Here’s a fun fact for you. This year, March 5 is Shrove Tuesday (the day before Ash Wednesday) and in addition to being Mardi Gras (Fat Tuesday), it’s often known as Pancake Day, too. Why? Because people like to eat pancakes before the great fast, of course.

So whether or not you’re participating in Lent, here’s a list of mouth-watering pancakes in Charlotte to indulge in.

915 Charlottetowne Avenue

Pancake is in the name, so pancakes are their game. Get them just about any way you could possibly want: topped with bacon bits, chocolate chips, various fruits, or wrapped around sausage links (lovingly called Pigs in a Blanket.)
