The 21st Annual Taste of Charlotte is a three-day celebration featuring the best of the city’s restaurants and culinary destinations. Enjoy six blocks of special restaurant tastings, sample, cooking demos, vendor shops, entertainment and more.

Anne Springs Close Greenway Summer Concert Series
Comporium Amphitheater at the Anne Springs Close Greenway | 6:30 p.m.
The seventh annual Summer Concert Series kicks off with party band Next Level Band of Charlotte. Attendees can also expect food truck vendors and beer, wine and other refreshments for sale.
Open House
McColl Center for Art + Innovation | 6 – 9 p.m.
Help welcome the McColl Center’s summer artists-in-residence and celebrate the opening reception for our summer exhibition, New Works / Alumni Three. Expect art on display, a beer and wine bar, music by DJ Bo White, participatory art installations and free admission.

2019 Race to the Taste 5k
Taste of Charlotte Festival, Uptown | 9 a.m.
To offset all of the tasting and sampling, lace up for the Race to the Taste 5k, which starts and ends at Uptown’s Taste of Charlotte Festival. Complete the full 5K or opt for the 1-mile Cupcake Run/Walk. There will also be a Kids Dash for those under 12.
