Melty Fest: Lakeside in North Carolina
Hello, Sailor
Tillamook is teaming up with Hello, Sailor in a full-blast celebration of Southern culinary mastery featuring some of the state’s most talented chefs including Joe Kindred, Elliott Moss, Craig Diehl, John Fleer, and Matt Kelly.
Each chef will have their own station serving up dishes ranging from Padron and Tillamook Cheese Croquettes and an amazing charcuterie and cheese display to a Whole Hog BBQ with Tillamook Mac’N’Cheese, complete with Tillamook Ice Cream served for dessert!
Tickets include everything: incredible food from amazing chefs, delicious Tillamook ice cream, open bar, and gratuity. Proceeds will be donated to Southern Foodways Alliance.
