Come From Away
January 9 – 12 | Belk Theater

Broadway’s Come From Away comes to Charlotte at Belk Theater through January 12. This New York Times Critics’ Pick takes you into the heart of the remarkable true story of 7,000 stranded passengers and the small town in Newfoundland that welcomed them.  Tickets start at $25.

Wizard of Oz Tea at the Ballantyne
January 11-12 and 18-19 | 1-4 p.m.

This specialty tea features selections from Rare Tea Company, warm savories and sweets. $58 for adults, $25 for children ages 5-12,and $15 for children four and under. Call 704.248.4100 for reservations.

Performances at Middle C Jazz

Throughout the weekend, you have multiple options to see live jazz Uptown at Middle C Jazz. Catch The Ron Brendle Quartet January 9 and 10, plus Jazz is Phish on January 11.

Beethoven’s Emperor
January 10-12 | Knight Theater

The Charlotte Symphony will play Beethoven’s “Emperor” Concerto during multiple weekend performances. Tickets start at $19.

Beerly Funny Comedy Show

The Beerly Funny Monthly Comedy Showcase at Bold Missy Brewery returns with an all-women line-up featuring Asheville’s Hilliary Begley, who played “Aunt Lucy” in the Netflix hit Dumplin‘.

Painting With Heidi
