- Now Open in the Wolfgang Puck space is Southern Pecan Gulf Coast Kitchen, brought to you by the owner of the always popular Cafe Monte
- Upscale kitchen cabinet & home designer John Michael Kitchens showroom is now open.
- Windsor Jewelers and Granville are expanding. Windsor is taking over neighbor Granville’s current space as Granville moves to the larger space formerly occupied by the old Restoration Hardware.
- TRC renewed its lease in its current space.
- No word on the movie theater.
