This Charlotte-based pie bakery was created by Mary Jane Wilson in the middle of the pandemic to create locally sourced, quality food that brings a little bit of homemade comfort to you and yours. Savory pies, pot pies, quiches, pound cakes, crisps, coffee cakes, cookies and birthday pies, all made from scratch with love are what you’ll find and order again and again from Thoughtful Baking Co. Orders are open on the website www.thoughtfulbakingco.com now until Friday November 18th at 5pm with three different pick up options for Wednesday November 23.

Honeybear Bake Shop

Hannah Neikirk’s Honeybear Bake Shop pops up around town all the time ~ check their insta here for this week’s markets and cookie box drops (her cookie box reels are our downfall). For Thanksgiving, Hannah and Honeybear are offering:

• Ooey Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie- $42.50 or $46.50 with the addition of  Cookie Crisp Whipped Ganache
• Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie Brownie- $15.50 for a 3 pack

Samantha was named ‘Best Pastry Chef’ in Charlotte, NC for 2017, she’s traveled to New York to cook at the legendary James Beard House, and she was nominated for ‘Best Pastry Chef of the East Coast Region’-James Beard Award in 2016.
