I’m kind of obsessed with salmon.
When I go to a restaurant, it is a pretty safe bet that I’ll order salmon if it’s on the menu.
Over the years, I’ve put lots of salmon recipes to the test at home as well. There’s just nothing like making a dish consisting of some healthy wild-caught Alaskan salmon.
Since I don’t believe in keeping a good thing all to myself, I’m going to share some of those recipes with you today.
Most of these recipes are super quick and easy, but all of them are tasty and worthy of making for company.

As far as sides for these recipes, I’ll always have some brown rice or quinoa and loads of veggies with my salmon dishes. Often times, I’ll just add the fish to a big green salad.
Again, super simple and healthy!
The bonus is that eating salmon helps to lower cholesterol, fight inflammation, improve memory, make our hair shiny, and keep our skin healthy.
It’s easy to see why I’m so obsessed, isn’t it?
