We’ve been watching the construction next to Pure Barre in Birkdale  for months now and we’re so excited that Clean Juice Bar is opening this Friday, June 5th. Clean Juice will offer a wide variety of organic juices, smoothies, Acai bowls, wheatgrass shots and more.
Clean Juice is owned by local residents Kat and Landon Eckles who moved to the Lake Norman area a year ago and found it to have everything but an organic juice bar. Kat has been juicing for almost 10 years and is passionate about bringing her healthy lifestyle to all of us at the Lake.
Clean Juice Bar will offer an option for everyone – from dark green super smoothies to strawberry pink smoothies that hide their veggies for beginning juicers.
Clean Juice Bar will offer also offer Juice Cleanses – which allow your body to reset by eliminating toxins from our usual foods and drinks. Benefits of juice cleaning include increased energy, improved mood, weight loss, and intense hydration. The cleanses consist of 6 organic cold-pressed juices per day and are available from 1-5 days in length.
