A smoothie recipe for every day for a month

I’m not one of those women who can do a 30 day (or even a 3 day) juice fast.  Call me crazy, but I’m a fan of eating.

Still, I am also a fan of keeping my body in tip top shape, and every now and then, I do feel the need to re-evaluate my diet and eat a bit cleaner.  One way that I choose to “detox” my system is by replacing one meal a day with a smoothie.

It’s easy.  It’s healthy.  And it’s satisfying.

Plus, I never feel like I’m starving- which is good for everyone who knows me.  You don’t want to see me hungry.  Ever.
